PREMIUM membership include an INITIAL FREE Fitness Consultation. This consult includes a full
assessment of your abilities and goals with a Certified Personal Trainer. After your assessment you will
be provided with an individual 3 day workout plan specific to your goals and abilities (each of the three
plans will consist of different exercises to keep your fitness well rounded and engaging). Additionally,
you will get to schedule, at your convenience, 3 half hour sessions of training to implement and teach
your customized program. This 2 1/4 hour offer is worth $169. After your initial month, this $100/
month PREMIUM membership includes a 60 minute session of personal training per month.
BASIC membership is a no-frills, cost effective membership and is perfect for those accustomed to
working out in a gym. This $55/month BASIC membership fee includes access to the facility during all
open hours. This can be supplemented with personal training and/or group classes for an additional
fee if desired.
STUDENT memberships are available (16-24 years) $35/month with current student ID
